Your information & signature

We collect the answers you provide to process your membership application. Answers, signed records, generated PDFs, administrator review history, server sessions and notification state are stored in the club’s PostgreSQL database.

Review, sign, and keep a copy

You can edit your answers before you sign. Your typed legal name, affirmative consent, signing capacity, signing date, server timestamp, agreement version and optional signature drawing are retained with the application. Download a complete PDF after submitting. You may use the club’s printed application instead of signing online.

Access and payment

Club administrators can access submitted applications and PDFs after logging in. This website does not collect card numbers, expiry dates or CVV, process payments, verify your identity, or approve membership. Arrange payment directly with the club. Card payments carry the printed 4% processing fee.

Session and contact

A necessary session cookie keeps your application and receipt connected to this browser. Drafts and sessions expire after eight hours of inactivity. Submitted records are retained for club administration; contact Owosso Country Club, PO Box 276, Owosso, MI 48867, about a correction, access request or retention question. Published production use requires the club to approve its records and signature policy.
